Flesje gedronken bij bierreclamemuseum in Breda. Goudgeel, iets troebel, mooie stevige witte schuimkraag. Aroma is licht fruitig. Smaak is licht fruitig en hoppig. Weinig nasmaak, iets bitter.

330ml bottle [as Speciaal Tripel]. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with small toaverage, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, pale and wheaty malty as well as yeasty fruity aroma, hints of banana, a touch of apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, pale and wheaty malty, slightly phenolic, yeasty fruity, hints of banana and apricot, a touch of honey, minimally alcoholic interludes. Slightly creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather monotonous, a tad too sweet and alcoholic - OK.

On tap at the Brewpub, Breda, Netherlands, Tuesday 26th September 2017. . Gold I'm colour almost clear just a slight haze. I wonder if there is a little lager malts in this beer also perhaps? A touch of banana, soft mouthfeel, sweet and a late punch from the abv. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Draught @ De Beyerd. Clear yellow - golden color, medium sized white to off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, some fruity tones and (thanks to a hint of the staff) a hint of cinnamon. Taste malts, quite fruity, more fruity than expected, lightly hints of hops coming through. Finish is a mix of sweet, bitter and a touch of ’wrang’ (Dutch). Soft carbonation, medium body. Interesting and quite pleasant tripel.

Bottle @ German Tasting Ulfborg. Pours cloudy yellow with a small creamy head. Nose is sweet of yeast, fruit and vegetables. Rubber and some tartness. Dusty and unclean

Hazy yellow with a few floaties. Lasting white head. Aroma of grass, malt and fruity with some unpleasant sulphur. Dry spicy flavour with too much yeast and alcohol.
