Pour cette bière, le maitre mot c'est l'équilibre. Avec un mélange d'orge et de froment, La Grande Belleza est fermentée avec une levure de saison et elle titre 5,0% d'alcool. Niveau houblonnage, on a des houblons européens et américains avec un léger dry-hop, apportant des notes fruités qui se mêlent aux saveurs typiques d'une saison lui donnant une belle longueur en bouche.
Il resultato? una birra delicate e rinfrescante.

11/IV/21 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 6/VIII/21 (2021-270)

Clear deep blond beer, big creamy bit irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: yeasty, some banana, floral notes, spicy, some coriander. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice bitterness, bit spicy, pretty dry, yeast, some banana peel, bit grassy, little floral. Aftertaste: dry, good bitterness, bit floral, more yeast, some banana, spicy and dry finish, pale malts, some cow fodder. Not too bad!

Small white head over metallic, pale golden beer with faint "Grünstich" . Rather neutral nose. Bit spicy, bit like other grains or kernels. Quite spicy flavour, bit sharpish, peppery. Again other grains & very, very faint wheat acidity. Better carbonated than it looks; very light body, bit wheatslick. Nice flavour, if overall a bit demure.
