(bottle) Dark ruby amber colour with a foamy brown medium head. Nutty and sweet slightly roasted malt aroma with caramel. Sweet flavour, medium body, medium to low carbonation. Initially sweet malty taste, moderately roasted with caramel and a tinge of dried prunes. A nice roasty bitterness develops towards the finish. Quite round Bock, not overly impressive but surely drinkable.

(Bottle 30 cl) Very dark, almost opaque. Small, light-brown head that disappears pretty fast. Extremely complex aroma from the dark malts. Dried fruits like raisins, dates etc. Rather limited sweetness, some bitterness and a not overwhelming body makes this a very harmonious and easy-to-drink beer. 220405

Cloudy brown color, hardly any head. Aroma is malty, earthy, rye. Taste is like i’m eating some earth from my own garden (which i don’t have on 4th floor), some roasted malts. Very bad brew.

Dark amber color. Light vanilla aroma; caramel. Caramel flavor over all; the hop remains hidden. Ordinary. Thanks Jens (Ungstrup) for this bottle.

The aroma is slightly sour. The color is a clear dark red and it has an OK head. The flavor is malty sweet with notes of caramel. A nice flavor. It has an OK palate.
