33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is grapefruity. Light pine hoppy. Bitter, herbal and grapefruity. Bitter and dry hoppy finish.

Bottle from Tesco. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is floral woody resin hop, light citrus. The flavour is medium bitter with a strong woody hop bitter palate and lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Fine with a curry, but won’t win too many craft beer awards.

Bottle from Booths, Media City. Deep amber with a thin head. Has a heavy pale ale fruitiness with a fair amount of orange in its aroma and taste, which lingers a little.

Bottle shared with jeevan, from, I think, Morrisons. Pours clear amber, thin white head. Aromas are orange citrus and caramel. Taste has more sugar, nice bitterness. Bitter finish. Good.

355ml bottle bought last July at Sourced Market, St Pancras in London. Good lacing from a fair fawn-coloured head. Almost clear amber coloured body. Aroma of caramel malts mixed with pumpkin. Mid-dried fruit hoppy flavours, malty sweetness beneath. Restrained bittersweet endnotes. Soft in the mouth. Leaves a quite decent version of an ipa, far from great though (shared with Finn, Tromsø 05.03.2014).

Flaske 0,355 l. Spandert av Rune og delt under seanse i WCveien 5 Mar 14. Mørk gylden. Lettskyet. Lavt tett skum. Aroma av frukt-tyggegummi. Forsiktig smak. Mørke plommer. Svakt syrlig ettersmak.

Bottle from Morrisons in Hatch End. Poured a clear, light amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma of grassy hops, caramel and orange peel. Citrus hop flavours with tart grapefruit and some sweeter toffee malts to balance. Hop resin on the finish with some cereal and a little dead-hop butterscotch. Pretty solid IPA, pleasantly surprised after the weak amber lager.

355ml Bottle: drank at home from a stemmed ’Yuengling’ badged glass on 16th Nov 13. The body was an orange/light brown, the head a thin white covering. Aroma wise it was a mixed bag of smells: mild hop citrus notes with sweet malty molasses blending into one. The taste was also a blend of flavours: slightly more hoppy than malty, but only just. Fruity with a citrus lead and a semi-sweet caramel feel below those hops. I nice mixture of grapefruit, orange and biscuit flavours. Well carbonated and all in all an easy drinking beer.
