Great depth of bold hop aroma begins your journey into this authentic India Pale Ale. Dry-hopped using a complex blend of Magnum, Perle, and Cascade hops, this fresh and fruity IPA is golden-orange in color. The delectable finish leaves behind lingering supple hop flavor desiring more.

Aroma: Sawdust, caramel malt and grapefruit.
Appearance: Hazy amber body with a medium off-white head. Lively carbonation. Sticky lacing marks.
Taste: Sharp and tangy lemon and orange notes, with a sweet caramel backbone. Hints of resin and peach. Bittersweet.
Palate: Medium body with a very oily texture. Soft carbonation.
Overall: A solid IPA. More malty than other US IPAs Iโve tried.

Bottle from Sourced Market, St Pancras. Clear amber colour with a thin off white head. Some hop on aroma. Clean, some bitterness some hoppiness. Like all of the 5 beers Iโve had from this brewery, all fine, all just lacking something. The hop and astringency on this arenโt great.

Bottle. Amber beer with a strong head. The aroma is well hopped, and the flavour is very well hopped and bitter. Overall a nice but nonetheless standard American style of IPA.

Bottle at the 23rd Battersea Beer Festival - 06/02/13, thanks to JF for the pour. Lightly hazed mid amber with a thin off white head that clears to the edge and forms a film. Nose is caramel malt, hops, grass, grpaefruit, orange pith, tropical fruit ntoes. Taste is caramel malt forward, light pine, hops, ripe oranges, bitter grapefruit. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, some hop bitterness in the finish. A solid if unspectacular IPA.
