Crush is our take on the famed New England session style. Big flavour dialled down to a sinkable 4.6%.
Brewed with a choice combination of Barley, Wheat and thee types of Oats it pours a hazy pale straw colour. The mouthfeel is oily and silky, the body sweet and prominent all rounded out with the lightest of crisp bitter finishes to get you quaffing back for more.
This all combined with our very own house New England yeast tees up the perfect platform to showcase this styles most important attribute, the hops. Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Azzaca all come out to play to deliver an explosion of orange peel, mango, melon and pine, enough oil to grease your teeth!

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours lightly hazed gold with a foamy, white head. Light-medium sweet with nice semi-ripe citrus character, modest rindy bitterness, dry pale malts, hints of pine needles. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with some rindy bitterness, tangerine, soft pine, sun-kissed pale malts. Very drinkable.

Very hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, lychee, melon and mango. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with some light hop burn in the finish and soft carbonation. Nice stuff!

Pours a hazy light yellow, some head. Aroma is very fruity with a slightly acidic touch to it. Very tropical. I'd say pineapple, mango and guava, maybe some citrus fruit. Light to medium body. Flavour is malty with a nice medium sweetness, basically no trace of bitterness. Hoppy with lots of pine, pineapple, mango, guava, grapefruit, lemon. Nice and tasty session IPA, slightly watery in the finish but otherwise really nice at 4.6%.

440ml can. Murky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and minimally piney hoppy, slightly woody aroma, notes of quince, woody yellow apple, pineapple. Taste is dry, piney and minimally citrusy, fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, minimally sugary, oaty malty basis, hints of woody yellow apple, some pineapple, quince, a touch of lemon, a minimally waxy touch as well. Minimally crumbly, watery texture, soft and silky palate, soft to flat carbonation. Rather unspecific fruitiness in rather unusual direction, almost unsipid and therefore not really refreshing. So-so.
