Very dark brown with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have a heady mix of caramel and chocolate malts mixed with piney hop notes. Nice bitter finish. Rich mouthfeel.

Can. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Has a slightly roasted malty hoppy bitter piney aroma. Slightly roasted malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish with hints of caramel. Has a slightly roasted malty piney grapefruit hoppy bitter caramel finish.

Blik thuis geprobeerd met Roelzie1986. Het is een troebel diep donkerbruin bier met een beige schuim. Het heeft een citrus achtige en hoppige geur. De smaak is bitter, hoppig, licht zoet met tonen van zoethout en hars.

Can at home. Dark brown to black color, medium to full sized beige head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma and flavor are malts, brown malts, hops, a bit sweetish, more than I had expected up front. Some malty bitters in the finish. Ok.

Can from Frontaal online. Hazy black, stable, frothy, beige head. Aroma of blood orange, citrus peel, pink grapefruit, pine, toast, chestnut. Taste has bittersweet grapefruit juice, orange peel & prune, toasty-nutty bitter middle, ending piney hoppy with lots of citrus peel & grapefruit, only subtle in earth & toast notes. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Very elegant hop-fueled BIPA.

Pretty clear brown to red brown beer, small irregular off-white to beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, dank, grapefruit, lots of sweaty feet, bit soapy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, sweaty feet, bit of a soupy character. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, sweaty feet, resinous, hoppy, soft roast, dank hops. Aftertaste: very bitter, bit medicinal, caramel touch, dank hops, sweaty feet, coffee notes, hoppy finish.

Near black with a tan head. Aroma of roast, soapy hops, grass, caramel, tobacco and dark chocolate. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can. Dark brown color. Brown sugar and hints of roast and citrus in the aroma. Sweet roasty citric flavor with grassy hops. Oké, but not my favorite.
