We are proud to present "Vîye Sêzon", an old season/old provision whose recipe is inspired by our ongoing research into this local style. It's our first mixed fermentation release.
To emulate an authentic 19th century saison, we have co-fermented our Quate Grins with lambic from what we believe to be the best producer of lambic and gueuze. By far one of our most beautiful beer to date.
3 different blends have been made and each one has a very specific profile.
