Bottle 50cl.Clear medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, dusty, keller, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, and a dry dry finish. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20081214]

Cask, gravity at Merton Winter Beer Festival 6th and 7th Feb 2009 Pours golden with a white head, aroma is hoppy and a with citric note and there is also a celery aroma coming off of this. Flavour quite hoppy plenty of really juicy fruitiness but this is really, really dry and bitter. The bitterness on this hangs around for an age. I enjoyed this beer and came back for tasters a few times last night. A6 A4 F7 P4 OV15 3.6
