Bottle. Man this was a great stout. Almost black in color with a small tan head. Aroma and taste is decadent chocolate. Really nice.

Pours dark reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, coffee and hint of chocolate. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long caramel and roasted finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Pours dark brown to black with a solid, dark greyish head that shows pretty good retention and lacing. Aroma has roasted malts, milk coffee, slight chocolate. Not very deep but clean and rather intense. Same goes for the taste, which follows the aroma closely, plus a hint of dark fruits in the finish. Overall medium sweet and medium to low bitter, with good balance (none standing out) in both taste and aftertaste. Dry finish leaves the mouth pleasantly clean. Medium bodied with a low to medium, tiny bubbles kind of carbonation, resulting in an overall semi-creamy feel. A straightforward, simple stout. Well made and overall pleasant at that, though it felt a bit standard/soulless.

White bottle from Tbone, thanks! Deep dark brown color. Roasted malt and apple syrup in the aroma. malty sweet flavor, roasty with licorice and apple syrup. brown sugar.

Big head, super black beer. Raisin malty nose. Sweet on the tongue but matched by toasty malt, molasses, stone fruit. Really tasty for a big brewery beer!
