Notre India Pale Ale est brassée à partir de quatre malts d’orge et trois houblons (Target, Citra et Cascade). Lors de sa fabrication la technique utilisée de l’houblonnage à froid (ou dry hopping) permet de conserver et de prononcer l’aromatique des houblons, qui vient parfaitement s’associer à leur amertume naturelle.

Clear blond yellow to light orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts, herbal touch, pretty soapy, oxidized, marzipan, caramel, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft bitterness, rains, bit soapy, dry, grassy touch, floral notes. Aftertaste: unpleasant bitterness, sweet malts, some banana, medicinal, by no means is this an IPA!
