Sample, many thanks to Danlo! Clear pale golden yellow. Dry, grassy citrus and apple skin on the nose. Taste is exceedingly dry, spritzy with faint apple skin, oily palate with softened white wine hints and tart green apple glimpses. A bit thin, feel a yearning for a good luscious fruitiness that doesn't quite materialise.

Like a Riesling Bokke blended with the finest fermentable apples. Sugar residues. Drinks like Riesling. So much balance. Slightly medicinial. Stunning.

28/10/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma of green apple, light funk, touch of sulphur. Moderate sweetness and light bitterness with a nice tart edge. Moderate body, slightly watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Dry tannic finish.

750ml wired cork bottle from Fine Cider Co. Pommeliers Club box. Opened with a loud pop. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived large fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, with hints of caramel & funk. Taste is tangy apple, tart, fleshy, alittle skin & core, woody, funk, a slight caramel note and some drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Very drinkable.
