Bottle pour at CW Family & Friends, Session 2 @Manchester Central, 22/02/20. Clear golden with a moderate off white cap that clears to spotting. Nose is glazed apples, cider lolly, vanilla icing, sweetish edge but tempered with a little farmyard. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, icing sugar, light woods, apple pulp, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid stuff … touch of the session ice cider about this one!

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours clear honeyed yellow with a few bubbles on top. Quite nice, has light sweetness, semi-ripe apple, nips of funk, salt, pale wood, grass, honey, lightly bitter peel. Medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Pretty clean finish, quenching, just enough sweetness, light warmth. Highly drinkable and has nice depth. Outstanding.
