21/VIII/23 - 33cl bottle as a gift, shared @ home, BB: 26/IV/24 (2023-494) Thanks to Peter for the bottle!
Clear red brown beer, small creamy off-white head. Aroma: nice, a bit oxidized, some caramel, malty, alcohol, dried fruits, floral touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, not too much, some caramel, bitter touch, pretty dry, a bit hoppy, some dried fruits. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, earthy, some caramel, floral, malty, a little soapy, pretty nice stuff actually!

Pours very dark amber. medium small to small white head. Scent is BE yeast, relatively old malts. Bit phenolic. spices. Don't recognize this as mushroomy. Taste is BE yeast, unfresh malts, bit bitter. Pretty generic, lower quality BE tripel. Don't really get the shiitake's. Mild bitter finish. Meh.
