Bottle 50 cl. Pours a warm, deep amber with an off-white head. Some Munich malt in the nose combined with a spicy edge - cardamom? Medium body, an initial caramel sweetness and again this slightly spicy/roasty nose as well as a rather high (non-infected9 tartness. Ends dryish. Not too bad really. 260813

clear brown, almost no head. classic pils aroma, coupled with a malty dried fruity sourness, and some caramel. Flavor is caramel, malts, nuts, strange bitterness that seems more like spices or strange yeast than malts or hops.

Bottle at Ungstrup’s. Pours clear amber with airy off-white head. Buttery and sweet aroma of malt. Buttery taste with notes of malt and irregular hoppy thrusts. Dryish aftertaste. Nothing really special.

Bottled. A brown beer with no head - very lively - a farmhouse beer from the five farmhouses. The aroma has notes of caramel and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a dry metallic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
