This pilsner is a praise to Sori Brewing's iconic brewing duo, Tim & Rob. Crispy, slightly hoppy and maximal drinkability. A beer that brewers would drink themselves! All day, every day. A beer style that can't hide any flaws and shows the fine craftmanship of these talented brewers.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20210819) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain, butter and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, butter, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, sweet and bitter. A decent brew with sweetness and grassy notes and good drinkability.

Can 440ml (Beergium, BB 09/2021)
Golden colour, medium-sized white head. No gushing. Lagerish grainy, hints of fruits, malt aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Suprisingly sweet fruity mandarin flavour in the front, must have some American style hops in it, odd vibe, then some grain leading to easy finish. More modern than traditional.
