Con Leche - Bourbon Barrel (2020)

An adaptation of one of our favourite dark beers, this blend of Stouts spent 12 months aging in Basil Hayden’s Bourbon barrels. We then transferred it onto a blend of coffee, cinnamon and vanilla to mimic the flavours of our Con Leche Stout. We sourced a blend of aromatic coffee beans from one of our favourite local roasters that dominates the flavour and aroma of this beer. Notes of cinnamon and vanilla sweetness dance on your tongue, while flavours of rich dark chocolate and fig tie everything together.
