Tap at Valhalla. Murky dark purple body, pink thick head. Enormous aroma, vanilla on powdered sugar on berry juice. Juicy tart taste, perfumey vanilla-berry clashes that stay fresh. I am actually wondering now if I'd like it even better with vanilla a bit dialed down. Refreshing really, good stuff!

Ein Getränk, das wie das BIld auf der Dose einen extremen Geschmack nach Heidelbeeren, Himbeeren und Ribiseln hat. Dies findet sich nicht nur im dunkelroten Farbton, sondern in dem klebrigen Beerenkörper wider. Mir persönlich ist es zu intensiv beerig und vanillig. Aber da die Aromen sind nicht chemisch und wirklich fruchtig sind, wird es sicher Freunde finden.

33cl can. A hazy purple reddish beer with a purple head. Aroma of blueberries, lacto, yeast. Taste of dark berries, blackcurrant, blueberries, dough, yeast. Nice!

Can from Deconinck. Hazy red/purple, stable, small, pink-red head. Strong aroma of lots of berries in all varieties, blueberry pie, biscuit, vanilla, raspberry jam, yoghurt, coulis. Taste has sweet-sour blueberries, blackcurrant, sweet raspberry jam, very thick doughy-yoghurty malts, a bit wheaty with a vanilla accent. Tart, fruity finish, bread & cake & lots of fruit sprinkled with vanilla. Medium body, fluffy texture, average carbonation. Liquid berry pie indeed, just insane for a BW and at this ABV.

Sour, tart, nice body for the abv, loads of berries. Lots of lactose and vanilla. A bit sweet and a dry finish. Nice.

Clear deep ruby to purple beer, small creamy pinkish head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, vanilla, sugary, jam, lactose maybe? Lovely stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, fruity, lots of berries, raspberries, blackberries, slightly sweet, some jam, vanilla notes. Aftertaste: nice citric acidity, little sweet, berry jam, more berries, lovely stuff!

8-4-6-3-13 Can, ten months before bbd. Pours opaque dark red, with a creamy purple head. Aroma is blueberries, black currants, forrest berries and vanilla, as well as pie crust, musty fruits and sugary minerals. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is light lactic notes with raspberries, currants, blueberries and forest berries, as well as yoghurty lactose and minerals.
