It’s always spring in the eyes of the dentist’s assistent, so I don’t care it’s the first of October right now. Bottle @ home. Clear light amber colour with a medium sized, somewhat dense head. Smells sweet, malts, grassy, fresh even though it probably isn’t. Tastes malty, sweetish, somewhat grassy, slightly hoppy. Pretty decent for a beer like this I guess. Doesn’t make me excited, but finishing it won’t be a problem either. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.

Very typical, I would almost say ’classic’ Dutch pale bock, a spring tradition. Snow white, dense, finely textured head, quite stable, colour a cristal-clear orangey blonde, approaching amber. Nose gets sweetish malts (caramel) and floral hops with hints of vanilla, wild flowers, orange liqueur, candi syrup and honey, so a fresh kind of ’spring sweetness’ prevails. Taste soft maltiness and a gentle candi-like and even sugary sweetness, however not really sticky, hint of honey, mild carbonation, finishing in floral, very subtle aromatic hops without really turning bitter - which would not be desirable in this particular style anyway. Fresh, very decent and very true to its style, whether you like lenteboks or not.

Deep golden color. Sweetish honeyish and toffeish aroma with some flowery and grassy notes.

Clear light amber with nice white head. Lots of sweet malts, light spice, broccoli, honey and cardboard. Medium bodied. Yeah, not my thing at all, but similar to others in the style.

Clear amber colour, good frothy off-white head mostly lasting, nice lacing. Sweet malty aroma, grain, caramel, bit toasted, herbal hops. Flavour medium sweet, mild bitterness, bit fizzy on the tongue. Smooth bittersweet finish, bit alcoholic.

Small amberish-tinted head, irregular, over cold-hazed copperish golden beer. Caramel, warm grains, parsley, malt- or cornsyrup, cornflakes, alternative healthfood (seeds...) Parsley returning in the flavour with more caramel, but not too sweet. Faint mild malts, slightly coloured ones. CO² as only acidity, yet some balance. Hops can be suspected. Cookie dough. Quite carbonated, light body, watery. Average at best.

Bottle at home, done from memory, rating is just for my own. I will edit if I drink it again, decent enough beer.
