Eindhovens Bockbier: Vague cherry aroma. Thin. Slight apple and cherry flavor and just a hint of yeasty bitterness. Unconvincing and a bit amateuristic. Earlier Rating: 11/22/2002 Skendelse Bock: Total Score: 3.52002 "vintage" Malt, apple and butter in the aroma. Sweet, malty taste with some sour notes. Butter, yoghurt and orange flavors.

Bottled. Murky amber colour with some particles floating around. Off-white small head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, yeasty, mild metallic or cough medicine like notes. Flavour is sugary, yeasty, some caramel, mild spices and some sweet malts and grass to it. I kind of like it, but at the same time the medicine and yeast notes ruin it a bit.

(Bottle 33 cl) Vintage 2003. Dark amber golden with lots of floating impurities. Lots of carbonation and a bubbly head that collapses rather fast. Sweetish notes of caramel, lovely full body and a discreet, bitter finish. Quite typical Dutch Bock. 040205
