Old rating from 16-02-15 - 500ml bottle brought back from Vietnam by a friend. Poured at home in Jersey, it's amber with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of flora, corn & sweet malt. Medium body & carbonation. Light bitter finish. Reasonably drinkable for a macro pale lager.

Bottle grabbed mainly for thirst-quenching at hidden beach Hoi an. Clear golden under a white head. A bit weak but without faults in the aroma. Taste is light and malty with a hint of grassy hops. Drinkable thirst quencher but nothing more.

Can. Clear, golden, weak white foam. Aroma: malty, candy, slightly herbaceous, light sourness. Taste: malty, slightly sour and sweet, candy, slightly fruity, traces of bitterness, so-so.

330ml can pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is sweet grain corn malts and some grass. Taste is more of the sweet grain malts and a touch of grass.

Can at Family restaurant in Tam Coc and a few other times so far. Gentle macro if anything on the nose. Looks fine. Taste is a light fruit like melon but mostly it is just extremely easy to drink / watery. Good for hot weather.

355ml bottle from LIDL at home. Clear gold, minimal off white head that dissipates quickly, nose is grass, hay, straw, grainy notes. Flavour is the same, slight smoke or tobacco note here. Quick finish.

Klar brun med hvitt skum. Lukter malt og en anelse krydder. Lettdrikkelig lager. Malt og hint av urter i avslutningen.
