Frisch und vollmundig im Antrunk, spürbar hopfig und rein ausklingend im Abgang: So schmeckt der Frühling! Weizen und Dinkel machen diesen Maibock dabei samtig weich und verleihen ihm eine leichte Honignote.

Clear golden colour, small white head. Grassy, fruity, even green apple aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Clean flavour, green apple, pale malts, low bitterness, wheatyness. Way too fruity sweet bock.

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has maltyness, sweet fruitness of perry. Taste has sweet maltyness, now too much, perry, hint of alcohol. Medium+ bodied. Nice fruitness of perry, but otherwise too sweet with annoying alcohol.

Pours a clear golden color, topped with a small and non-lasting white head. Grassy notes aroam with some funky old wine cellar feel. Some spices present. Taste is mildly sweet. Spicy body with bazooka gum presence which is more present in finish and in aftertaste. Slight bitterness, almost none.

bottle at home. orange, rather hazy color. medium big off-white head. strong smell of banana, spices, other exotic fruits, some peach, pines. wow, very nice smell, the combination of banana and pines is great, the longer i put my nose in the glass the better the smell gets. medium body, medium carbonation, light bubbly / light oily / light scratchy mouthfeel. taste of banana, peach, some spices, some sweetness, some bitterness, pines & grass, a bit like marzipan, lightly citric, some astringency, lightly alcoholic. light bitter-sweet / fruity finish. quite decent, liked the smell very much, taste is good too, but its a bit too bitter-sweet for me, which is usually not my thing. quite interesting combination something between a heller bock and a weizenbock.
