Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks troubles. Nice cloudy shiny yellow with a white head. Nice fruity hops aroma and flavor, dry, with some yeast, fresh, lingering bitter finish. Fun.

Dogma, Moscow bottle: pours hazy copper with a white head. Aroma is orangey and floral. Taste is super light. very light bitterness. Kind of too light I think. Not terrible. First Serbian beer.

Keg at the Stockbridge tap. Pours pale golden, nose is floral, toffee, little cheesy, taste is sweet, floral, dry toffee.

Il gusto al naso riconosce arancia e orzo. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, con bollicine medio-grandi e carbonazione abbondante. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Le bollicine sono fini. La carbonazione è abbondante, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile e propone nuove sfaccettature. L’amaro è deciso. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole per una birra parecchio gassata. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è felpato, amarognolo, lungo e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l’aroma riporta sentori leggermente speziati e agrumati, e poi di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, frutto della passione, luppolo, resina, pino, pompelmo e lievito.

Bottle, 0.33l & on tap @ 4. Cameralov festival mikropivovarjev. Pours cloudy golden color with large frothy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of passion fruit, lemon, orange and yeast. Taste starts light sweet grainy, follows citric, zesty, grassy and a bit medicinal, mouthfeel is crisp and rather dry, while finish is quite bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Nothing special... Draught version is not even much better than bottled.

Bottle. Beermoth, Manchester. (Despite Scott’s non - recommendation). Hazy, orange gold. Very loose sediment produces lots of floaters, not that that bothers me. Film of white head. Nose has bread dough. Some tinny, metallic vibe. Notes of butter. Not a great start. Taste is earthy, metallic bitter. Harsh, tinny mouthfeel. More of the same on the finish. Wow. Missus got me this, thinking it might be a country tick, which it wasn’t!

Bottle 330ml. [ As Kabinet BrrKaaa APA ].Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160422]
