It is a decent weizenbock, on the same way than a schneider aventinus, a bit more watery, malt, nice sweetness, plum, cloves. 28.09.2016, buying it in Vienna during one of my trip there.

Erstaunlicherweise klar, vielleicht minimal eingetrübt mit rötlich bräunlicher Farbe. Betont hefig malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hefig, fruchtig mit Banane. Eine alkoholische Note ist präsent, wirkt aber nicht überfordernd. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Many thanks to Kappldav123 for sharing! Smooth mild fruity beginning. Quite bitter with a grainy clove yeasty ending. Caramel, very dry clove, yeast and bitterness.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Heavy yeasty-alcoholic aroma. Starts strong malty-yeasty, sweetish, intense banana notes, very yeasty. Well balanced but maybe a bit too much...

Bottle. Dark amber color. Wheat, banana, a hint of vinegar, caramel and dust in the aroma. Medium to full bodied. Banana sweets and wheat in the flavor. Dusty, vinegarry notes, without being acidic. Drinkable.

Graias a Sebilinz. Euro Swap 2/2019
Color marrón, turbio, si apenas espuma que desaparece muy pronto de color beige claro. Aroma con notas tostadas y ligeramente trigo. Sabor: el trigo se hace más notable, también notas a plátana maduro, nueces y levemente clavo. Final ligeramente dulce.

Bottle. Cloudy gold-amber. No head. Banana, wheat, clove, spice for both aroma and taste. Not visually attractive, but has decent taste.
