bottle at home bought at Ammersin. BB 10. June 2015. dark red / copper quite cloudy color. small off-white head. obvious carbonation. smells of spices, banana, peach, cloves, yeasty, some sweetness. medium to full body, bubbly mouthfeel. tastes of spices, banana, peach, light herbal, some sweetness. decent fruity / spicy finish. drinks quite good.

Brownish, cloudy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, beige head.
Aroma of dried fruits, ripe banana, vanilla, marzipan, some spices.
Tastes of banana, vanilla, dried fruits, spices, bread.
Full, creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes spicy, sweet, fruity, bready.

Really nice. Very smooth and quaffable, with enjoyable, various sweet malt and fruit notes. Better than their regular Weizenbock in my opinion.

Dark amber, hazy body, with a big, creamy, white head.
Very interesting, full aroma of bread, wheat, various ripe fruits, some vanilla, clove.
Taste isn’t as full and distinctive, with wheat, ripe banana, clove, some vanilla.
Medium to light, oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes quite light, with wheat, vanilla and fruits.

Nice one, but a bit ambivalent. The nose promises a lot and is really excellent and quite unique, while the taste and mouthfeel are a bit boring, too light. Could have been a great Weizenbock, if the taste resembled the nose, but all in all just decent.

Draft sample @ Berlin Braufest 2015. Cuivrée trouble, col crémeux beige. Arôme offre de bons esters allemands, pointe épicée de girofle, malt froment légèrement grillé qui ajoute une bonne complexité en rétro. Palais est épais venant du froment et malt Vienna, ester fruité, note de banane, pointe maltée rappelant le chewing-gum avec une petite note de réglisse.

0.33l bottle. Hazy dark orange body, white head. Aroma of banana, toast, caramel and honey. Taste of caramel, banana, peach with minimal floral hoppiness. Sweet beer but not cloying. I like it.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, light caramel, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, banana, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, banana, bubble gum - minerals, fruity. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20140517]

Bottle. Amber-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is orange, malt, hop, caramel. Flavour is orange, malt, hop, caramel, wheat, banana. Medium to full body. Nice beer.

Tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien 2014. Pours dark amber, nice foam that reduces fast. Has a weizen aroma - but somewhat thicker and more full. Taste is also in the direction of a white wheat beer although this one seems to have more alcohol. Silky marmalade, warming. Finish is watery for some reason - but lingers for a while.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small white head. Aroma is dry and herbal. Estery, bubblegum and lingering fruity. Dry and herbal into the finish.
