Originally a super brew of Steerage, now with late and fermenting vessel addition of Summit hops for amazing aroma. A distinctive golden hoppy yet crisp ale with fruit tastes on the palate and scent.

Cask at the moon under water Watford Jdw. A clear mid gold coloured pour with a decent creany white cap. Aroma is subdued, odd spicy, cleaning product, wintergreen almost, woody bark. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, layered malts, spicy citrus, and pine, spicy cif lemon, grass, assertive grassy hop. Palate is semi sweet spicy, mellow carbonation meh.

Clear and golden with a frothy white head and a soft biscuit malt, citrus fruit and hoppy aroma. Taste is biscuit malt, some citrus bitterness and a slightly skunked fruitiness

Cask at Sun Inn, Stafford. Pours a hazy golden yellow with minimal foamy white head, but good lacing. Mushy apples upfront in the aroma, with some corn and a dash of citrus. In the mouth, the initial sensation is a repellant sharp metallic sesation. Thankfully, this softens over time to give some sweetness with pink grapefruit flavour plus some generic citrus. Finish is quite bitter. A typical Titanic pale beer – in that I don’t like it !

Handpull cask at the Old Horse, Leicester. Light gold, clear with a thin off-white film of head with lots of lacing. Notes of soft citrus peel and fresh grass in the aroma. Tastes better than it smells with a gentle bitterness from start ensuring balanced finish. Pink grapefruit and lemon zest in the aftertaste. A decent recipe.

Sample@GBBF2018, London, with the Malmö crew - pours golden with a white head. Sweet pale bready malty, light yeast linger with some lemony citrus fruity notes, hay, straw, medium to light body, touch of green grassy hops into the close.
