Mayahuel was the Aztec Juliet and from her tomb the first marvelous agave plant grow. The plant elixir was used to comfort her lover soul. It is called tequila and mezcal.
We went all the way to this ancient land and found some old mezcal and tequila barrels. We filled them with our gose and barrel aged it for one year. Now is the time to try her super powers.

Blend 2019 bottle with Damir & Veco. Clear golden body, white head. Citric, slightly matches-like wild touch in the aroma, hmmm. Citric, match-like taste, pleasant fruity touches, citric until the finish, dry, quite highly attenuated - I'd guess that the age didn't benefit it any (last bottle at the store). RD are usually far better.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, dough, juniper, wood, light tequila - lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, dough, juniper, wood - barrel, light tequila - lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210605]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lime, citrus, fruits, funk, salt and has a nice sour finish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy powerful nice aroma. Nicew acetic flavor.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is dry, malty, herbal and wood. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish. 050621

Bottle, 330 ml from Goblet, Zagreb. Shared with Max, Miro B and Zec. Cloudy golden, small white head. Fruity, lemon, bit salty, quite thin, watery, short finish. Bit of mezcal tequila touch.

0.33 l bottle at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with little Dina. Clear pale golden, medium white head. Aroma is wood, slightly funky, dusty, this probably coming from the smoke, soft herbs and zest, lemon juice. Bready malts underneath. Thin, soft carbonation, very soft sourness, slightly moldy, very lightly salty, light finish. Quite watery. Not quite what was expected.

Rating No. 11000 Bottled 330ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild spicy and wood in the nose. Light wood, fruits, notes of tequila and slightly citrusy with mild spicy touch in the finish. Decent aroma but the taste is somehow thin.
