Can@Tallinn Crap Beer Festival 2024. Deep golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is maize, some glue, alcohol, mild grainy and some rubbery tones. Flavour is rubber, some alcohol, grains, mild glue and some maizeish tones.

500ml can from Lidl, Ferenciek Tere, Budapest. Poured a crystal clear golden amber colour with a lasting frothy white head and plenty of champagne bubbles. The aroma is corn, light gluey yeast. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a crisp, malt, bready, earthy, light herbal, warm alcohol, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. A lot better than I was expecting. At least it wasn’t too sweet!

0,5l can from Lidl, Dunajská 2, Bratislava. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is deep gold, clear. Aroma is malty, bready, caramel, apples. Taste is bready, apples, alcohol touch, decent bitterness, for 89c not such dissaster here.
