When dreaming up this IPA we’ve looked at our history, looked to our future and savored all that we are. It means that all we’ve learnt and all we’re aiming to be is packed into this IPA. A tasteful and nuanced beer with an aromatic hop character and a clear yet balanced bitter bite. Just the way we like it. Dugges!
When is an IPA an IPA and when is a Pale Ale a Pale Ale? In the craft beer world this question seems to be either about tradition, alcohol content or amount of hops. Or, a combination of some or all of them! Clear as day, right!? For us here at Dugges we probably lean more towards the amount of hops used… and the overall feeling of the beer… or indeed the idea of the beer. (Another variable right there…) Ok, we’re rambling. We’ve made a 6% IPA when we’ve made 6% Pale Ales. So why is lux an IPA? Because it has all the characteristics of an IPA, whatever they are. You want an IPA? You want Lux. Switch on!

Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a solid, white head. Faint, fruity nose. Fairly light in body, a dry fruitiness and a slight bitterness. Pleasant, easy and forgettable. 270922

ABV: 6.0%. Murky - muddy medium amber orange - grey'ish colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, light marmalade hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, tropical fruit, fruity hops, sweet hops, sweet fruit, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
