In the lab it's all about hypothesis testing. This brew is a result of experimenting with different ingredients and brewing methods. The art of brewing is not just about creating delicious recipes, but about experimenting and thinking "outside the tank" to create new flavors and expand our palates. Join us on our quest to discover new realms in beer. Cheers!
