On tap @ the Cottage Loaf, Llandudno. A copper coloured ale with notes of apples and toffee and some malty backbone. More toffee-apple and malt on the taste. It’s average in weight and texture and the finish is reasonably clean. Overall, more solid than splendid.

Cask@GBBF2007. Yellow colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is spices, hops and some yeast. Flavour is really yeasty with some papery and popcorny hints. Aftertaste is fruity and quite wooden.
