We started with a new milk stout recipe, then crammed 9 pounds of cinnamon into that 30-barrel batch. The result is a smooth, light mouthfeel stout with a pleasant spiciness that lights up the palate.

Growler from The Pub on Second. Pours deep brown to black with a finger of creamy beige head that dissipates quickly. Lovely notes of cinnamon, milk chocolate and milk on the nose. Palate is very similar, but flavors seem muted. Light cinnamon and creamy chocolate on the finish.
