After having so much fun with our numbered #DIPA series, we thought we'd bring the ol' girl home to stay and find a forever home. The mother of all DIPAs, dry hopped to the brim with #Cascade #Citra and #Simcoe perfectly balanced by pilsner malts, wheat and flaked oats.

Bottled (from Alko Web). Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some nectary, herbal and mild earthy tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, herbal, and earthy tones.

44cl can from Albert Heijn Knokke-Heist supermarket. F: huge, egg-white, good retention. C: deep gold, hazy. A: a lot of tropical fruits, orange, pineapples, tangerine, mango, pine, fresh fruity. T: full malty base, orange, tangerine, pineapples, mango, melon, papaya, yellow cherries, pine resin touch, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, very good for the style, fully enjoyed.

Can. Hazy dark yellow with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, orange and pine. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, citrus, orange, medium sweet, pine and medium bitter.

Al verschillende varianten gehad maar nog nooit get basisbier, goed vol en romig, sinaasappel fruitigheid, mandarijntjes, deze versie is volgens mij iets basaler maar verder prima te doen

Can.Hazy golden with medium white head.Aroma is tropical fruity with flavors of pineapple and papaya,nice juicy and crispy smooth finish.

Can. Hoppy aroma and taste, tropical and citrus fruit, mango, light sweet, medium bitter. Medium to full body, hoppy fruity bitter finish. Good.

On tap. A hazy deep orange golden beer with a white head . Aroma of strong orange fruits, apricot. Taste of strong orange fruits, pine, apricot, dried fruits, long bitter finish.

44 cl can @ Hirvihuhta, BBE 07.02.2023 Aroma has alcohol and strong pineapple juice. Ripe, sweet fruitiness. Flavour has sweet fruity juice, sticky malt and pineapples with ripe fruits turning into alcohol in the finish. Somewhat boozy but still rather enjoyable.
