Couleur cuivre-ambre, col fin blanc-cassé.
Une sorte de revisite de la Straffe Winter - arôme délicat de sucre candi, plus un léger parfum de funk des lambics - qcq notes de fruits noirs et un rappel un peu de raisins secs.
Palais est sur une petite note douceur sucra candi résiduel repris de suite par un caractère de funk de lambics - raisins secs, barrique. Retrouve un côté un peu cristallisé du sucre candi qui se prête bien aux lambics.

Cloudy amber with a small short-lived head. Basement, vinegar, lemon, horse blanket, honey, a hint of caramel, funk, leather, old hop. Medium sour, light bitterness. Highly smooth. Nice stuff.

Flaska från Beergium drucken med ölföreningen julölsprovning 2023. Söt och syrlig med fin lambickaraktär i annan tappning. Söta äpplen, fat och honung. Mycket gott

A: nice fruity funky, apples, mandarin, grapes, caramel touch, lemon, woody, candy sugar.
T: full malty base, woody, bit lactic, old lemon, bit herbal ended, dry on the palate, tarty, very intensive aroma and taste, no carbonation, very nice, fully enjoyed.

(season 19 - 20) Blend No. 53 Hazy orange with medium white head. Fruity, some sugar notes, funk, caramel, musty. nice pleasant sourness works great with moderate sweetness. 8/4/8/4/17

Säuerlicher, dennoch ausgesprochen weicher Beginn. Süffig, angenehm holzig, minimal Karamell. Holzig-säuerlich bleibend mit Nuancen von Beeren, weich, geringe Bitterkeit. Langer weicher Abgang und Nachgeschmack. 10/12/12/12/11/12

Bottle shared. Clear amber to mahogany, small beige head. Quite some funk, oak, caramel, indeed some candi sugar but it’s more citrussy and mineral than sweet. Lots of cellar funk, leathery too. Medium sweet and a bit more sour. Also some not-lambic bitterness. Over medium bodied. Nice.
