Bottle @LCRBM 2008. Cherry and marzipan in the aroma. Cherry in the milky flavor. Marzipan, yeast, honey and grapes. Still very young, and further storage will no doubt provide more complexity. Now it is still a bit cherry sweet and sugary. Not a very lambic like beer, but I enjoyed it. Tasted one month later @ home. Still cherry and marzipan in the aroma, but getting more vinous. marzipan, cherries and milky notes in the flavor. An upcoming sourness that is a mix of citrus and yoghurt. This lambic is becoming very pleasant indeed.

From a bottle at a de molen tasting. 2008 vintage. Dark copper pour with a shallow white head. Nice sour cherry aroma. Slightly funky, With sweet raisins and cherries. Quite nice. Quite unusual.

Bottle at De Molen 2nd Tuesday tasting. This was a four year old bottle from January 2008 that nobody really knew how good or otherwise it would taste. Poured a reddish brown with a light frothy head. There was plenty of life in this beer! Nice sweet fruity aroma with cherry notes. Lots of fruit in the flavour with a hint of bitterness towards the end. Perhaps a little too sweet and for that reason it's not going to be a beer that you will do more than taste, ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

75cl bottle shared at the molen tasting. 4 years over the sell by date. Fruity aroma. Hazy red/amber pour. A bit sweet. Pretty nice.

Bottled. An unclear pinkish beer with a pink head. The aroma has strong notes of raspberries on a lightly matly back ground. The flavor is sweet with notes of raspberries, and fruit on a lightly malty back ground. The body is light.

At Chriso’s pre GBBF tasting 09. Hazy pink red beer with pink lasting head. Some farmyard funk. Sweetish cherry, expected more funk. Good fruit. Easy drinking. I like it, not complex but jeez does Menno ever let up on styles?
