We brewed three classic Belgian style beers which made us fall in love with beer all over again. Dubbel, Tripel and Quadrupel make up our Belgian triptych.
The line is opened by Dubbel, an amber, slightly cloudy beer with a complex aroma coming from Belgian hops and rich malt mix. You will smell prunes, raisins, dried cherries, along with caramel and toast aromas. Everything is underpinned by faint spicy accents and a lovely malty fullness. Careful, this beer is treacherously strong!

No i co można zrobić dobrego Dubbla poza Belgią można, piwo solidne w stylu, naprawdę ciężko mi się do czegoś przyczepić, no może jak trochę poleży to bardziej wyjdą suszone owocki, alk genialnie ukryty pomimo że wykracza delikatnie poza styl (chyba 7,6 o ile pamiętam) tu 8alko, więc górne widełki. No i etykieta najlepsza, strasznie mi się podoba.

Herbaciana barwa, piana ucieka bez śladu. W aromacie wyraźnie zbożowo-karmelowe oraz wyczuwalne rodzynki. W smaku podobne odczucie do tego dochodzą nuty przyprawowe. Delikatnie słodkie, rozgrzewające, niskie nasycenie.

Ok tap @Kufle i Kapsle in Warsaw. Chestnut pour with no foam. Nose: off notes of rotten malt. Very bad. Mouth is watery and infected. I asked info to the pub, they acknowledge but did not refund.
