Das Pils aus Münsters Traditionsbrauerei.

Gebraut nach dem deutschen Reinheitsgebot werden für die Herstellung von Pinkus Pils nur beste Rohstoffe verwendet: feines Bioland Gerstenbraumalz, edler Naturhopfen aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau, erstklassiges Brauwasser und naturreine untergärige Hefe aus eigener Herführung. Nach altbewährter Rezeptur werden die Zutaten handwerklich verarbeitet.

Die schonende Behandlung und lange Reifung bei Temperaturen knapp unter dem Gefrierpunkt machen Pinkus Pils zu einem typischen Pinkus Bier mit besonderer Note.

11.2oz bottle. Doesn't really drink like a classical, bright Pils...a little maltier, earthier. Crappy devolved hop extract tone, something that pervades a lot of German beer these days. Medium bodied, pleasant palate. Not great at all, but drinkable enough.

Pours hazy amber with a thin white head and suspended sediment. Aroma of sweet malt. Taste has some grainy notes, some herbal elements, mild hop bite. Palate has more well balanced malt base. Fruity. Good.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, almost a little bit milky yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Slightly grainy and strawy, spicy malty and herbal-grassy, hoppy aroma, mineral overtones. Taste is moderately bitter, herbal-grassy hoppy, minimally grainy and strawy, malty with a spicy touch, cautious hints of nettle, sorrel, thistle, mineral overtones; lingering, mildly bitter, herbal hoppy finish. Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Nicely hopped but not really crisp, tends to become insipid rather quick - OK.

White head on a pale gold body. Lawny aroma. Malt forward taste with a hop tinge finish
