Pours black with a tan head. Aroma: coffee and dark chocolate. Taste: soft cherry, chocolate and burnt caramel.

Tap @ Borefts. Malt, roast and coconut in the aroma. Malty sweet roasty flavor with chocolate. Tasty.

Draught @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Basquery / De Molen Black & Molen ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, wood, wet wood, roasted - chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, wood, anis seed (spicy), chocolate - roasted - coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at Borefts2018 Friday... Dark black... Thin tan lacing.. Soft sweet chocolate.. Dusty chocolate malts roast nose.. Dark sweet chocolate roast malts!

Borefts X. I'm ten for ten! Day 2. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, tidy tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft sweetish dark malts. Mellow chocolate cake, sweetish. Smooth and slightly spicy finish. Decent but overshadowed by other great stouts at this fest.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival, Day 1. Black color, average sized beige to light brown colored head. Smell and taste malts, roasted malts moderately to decently in there, some liquorice, dark malt bitter, bitter. Not many special things to tell imo. Solid enough stout though.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2018. A black beer with a small tan head. Aroma of dark moderate roasted bitter malt, coffee, some liquorice. Taste of roasted bitter malt, coffee, wood, liquorice.
