Das Schwechater Bier ist ein klassisches Lagerbier und Österreichs meistverkauftes Dosenbier. Es ist kristallklar und in der Farbe goldgelb. Im Duft malzaromatisch mit anregender Hopfennase. Im Antrunk präsentiert es sich frisch, harmonisch herb mit zarter Hopfenbittere am Gaumen, langsam ausklingend.

It is a classical lager on the Austrian way. The taste is malty, a bit metalic, few hop, watery, it is boring at the mouth, drinkable. 27.10.2016, drinking it during differents trips in Austria and visiting once the brewery a long time ago.

Can from Innsbruck HBF. Herbal hops, light bready malt in the nose. Sweet bready malt, ok hops, herbal, light citrus, medium to strong bitterness. Quite fizzy, rather high carbonation. Slightly oxidized. Forgettable.

Can from Sutterlüty, Bregenz. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, corn and light hoppy - straw. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 220724

0,5 L can, bought on discount at Billa, and drunk from the can on a train. Hay, wet grass, lemon zest, cereals, and light resin. Not too sweet, with an unpleasant bitterness. Light, sticky, and a little hard. Not great.
