Bottle: No head to speak of, grey-amber coloured, cloudy; sweet fruity and grainy nose, accompanied by a light yeasty touch; moderate sweetish flavour, medium bodied; yeast is present in the moderate sweetish-bitter finish, tartness almost not detectable. Amateurish brew.....

30th September 2008. Cloudy brown beer. Soft and with a saccharine dry finish. In between there is creamy malt with a faint hint of marmite and an equally faint hint of orange fruit.

(Bottle, In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 1 Aug 2009) Hazy brownish yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of dried fruit, spices and a touch of strawberries. Malty, fruity taste with dried fruit, apricots and strawberries. Solid malt character with a touch of spices. Slightly more than medium body, not overly sweet. Well balanced, tasty and nice.

Bottled (from Cracked Kettle). Hazy orange colour, mediumsized beige foamy head. Aroma is very fruity, yeasty, caramelly and a bit nutty and wooden notes also. A bit parfumelike when it gets warmer. Flavour is spicy, grassy, herbal, eathy and yeasty along with some slight wooden notes coming in in the finish and aftertaste. Rather different in flavour from the aroma. Still very nice and drinkable.

Bottle: Poured a orange amber with a thin white head. Aroma is strong with malt, sugar, and light spice. Taste is sugary for a tripel, not as much fruit and more caramel/toffee malt. Finish is dry and hoppy. Very taste brew!
