Beer with a characteristic flavour which Polish consumers recognize with their eyes closed. It is characterized by an original flavour which combines malt and hops, beautiful, deep amber colour, and higher alcohol content (6.5%). Strong is so exceptional due to the unique composition of two malts: Pilsner malt, which provides the beery character, and toasted malt, which provides the unique, sweet after-taste and amber colour. Strong is a top-quality beer that for many years has been appreciated and enjoyed by the consumers.

Pours clear dark orange with a small head. Aroma of cardboard, grainy starch notes and hints of earthiness. Taste is grainy and starchy with hints of cardboard. Finish is stuffy and sweet. Not very good.

Dark golden with small white head. Sweet malts, light nuts and honey. A hint of spices and light bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied with slick feel and a bit below average carbonation.

Canned (thanks CueSheet & SADESA). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, grassy and also has some slight toffeeish notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, sweet malts along with some slight alcohol to it as well. Still a nicely balanced and tasty brew.

Can. An amber beer with a huge tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and metal. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, sugar, and a bit of metal, leading to a dry finish.

This is not as strong tasting as its percentage suggest it would be. Golden with a small head itβs more firm in its texture than anything else and delightfully smooth too. Has a light sweetness.

500ml Bottle from a new Polish shop in my area (we now have three that I know of). Poured into a 0.2 litre Veltins Pilsner badged stemmed tulip three times on 14 Jul 2013, some two weeks before itβs best before date. Good golden hue to the clear and bright body, clean looking with a full white crown on each pour. The nose was weak: some perfume type floral smell with hints of bready malts, but not a lot of anything really. The taste was semi-sweet and fairly refreshing even though there is very little bitterness in the brew: I almost enjoyed it!

Bottled 500ml. -had this one few years ago straight from the bottle near Hops & Barley, Berlin. Light alcoholic nose. Sweet malty, light bready and caramel with not so noticable alcohol. Short sweet finish. Could be worse.

Can from nightshop Smells exactly the same as water ... Taste is ok . Very drinkble , very nice soft carbo . Not that much up front , but in the back i get malts , caramel( a hint) grains , this very , natural maltyness is overpowering most ( like the taste when you eat malts ) Would like more taste .. But its way better than i thought
