Can. Buxton online. Easy contender for beer name of the year. Moderate haze on a pale gold. Thin white head is leggy and semi lacing. Looks boss. Nose has thick and resinous hop. Stewed citrus. Super sweet grain. Hint of booze. Taste is sticky sweet, with a skanky, dank bitterness. Super slick and oily. Pretty full on. Soft carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Fuck. Tasty gear. Also this was a 330ml can. All for it.

Can picked up from Buxton Brewery Webshop, Buxton, Derbyshire, UK and consumed at home Thursday 5th November Bonfire Night/Guy Fawkes night in the UK but much like here a second lockdown will mean a quiet evening. Listening to Steve Lamaqs Evening Session on 6Music and making homemade Pizza. A big thick heavy TIPA, sweet but resinous, thick mouthfeel, some orange and pine jostle for supremacy. Great beer, didn't Buxton do one called Ten Tonne Truck that was a huge TIPA?
