This is a very important beer to us. The Enso circle is our Brewery’s logo and is a symbol of balance, creation, and life. The impossible task of hand drawing a perfect circle creates the imperfections and details that exactly make the Enso beautiful. The beauty of imperfection is what drives us to develop, grow, innovate, and improve in a quest for balance and perfection. We could think of no better symbol to represent our work as a craft brewery as we share our journey and our path while we strive for balance and amazing beer. We’re thrilled that you take this journey with us.
We took aspects of our favorite past brews and integrated them to express a single manifestation of Equilibrium. Enso takes the grain bill and fermentation of dHop5, uses a hybrid Citra/Galaxy hopbill of dHop5 and Dreamwave Fluctuation, a touch of lactose like Dreamwave Fluctuation, and applies our energy treatment.
Enso pours a beautiful milky bright yellow with aromas of passion fruit, assorted citrus, pineapple, and sorbet. The flavor has bright notes of passion fruit, melon, and peach all coming together in a creamy lime push pop ending. This beer is soft and drinkable and ends with our signature #EQjuice finish in perfectly balanced form.

Bright cloudy orange body, thick off-white head. Nose mostly lime, complemented by guava and starfruit. Body sweet, perfumy, with lemon-lime, sour candies, and floral notes. The uniquely sharp, tart and sweet lime-floral burst is unique. Like an edible furniture polish.

Can. Opaque and pale peachy colour and a thick head. There's a decent melon and orange hop note. On the palate, it comes across as tangerine, cantaloupe and maybe rambutan. So a pretty nice, delicate hop profile, but in abundance. Solid.

16 oz. can, pours an opaque peachy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is full of overripe stone fruits, melon, and some citrus hops. Flavour is quite melony, with overripe stone fruits, lots of citrusy hop bitterness, and some chalk. Lots of chaotic bitterness and overripe stone fruits that don't really mesh too well. Maybe the 4-month-old age of this has caused it to deteriorate, but it's just not all that coherent. Solid enough.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver, 2021-03-03, 2.5 months old
Murky pale blond colour, small head. Aroma of tropical fruit, mildly dank. The mouthfeel is off-dry, not chalky; the hops have an orange character, candied pineapple, moderately juicy, not very bright.
Good.
