Prodigal is an imperial oatmeal milk stout with a massive fudge and roast malt character. It’s a foundation for some of our favorite stouts, now here to stand on its own adorned with only a handful of cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans to round out the edges.

Bottle from Craft Brewed shared at Lucky Bamboo. Pours a motor oil black with a brown head that lingers. Lots of dark cacao nib and fudge brownie aromas...some vanilla as it warms. Thick and viscous on the palate, lots of dark fudge and light blueberry cacao as it warms. Rich, lingering cacao bitterness on the finish with a touch of vanilla.
