Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. 8% ABV, Double India Pale Ale. Fairly sweet with an aroma of citrus, ripe orange, fruity hop, pale malt, lightly pine, some dextrose, mango. Moderate bitterness, medium body. Sweet with lots of freshly squeezed orange, nice.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Not the most forward of noses, pretty surpressed pine and citrus, very mild. Airy palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy malts bring a light creamy sweetness. Nice bright fruity hops. Bright citrus with well integrated pine. Tingling hop spice throughout. There is a touch of HBC 586 tropical fruits but nothing like the ripe rich intensity that some beers exhibited when this new hop hit the scene. Crisp finish leaves cooling pine lingering on and hop spice continuing to nibble. Nice job. More HBC586 would have really sent this one flying.

Hazy, golden color and a nice white head. Fruity nose, hoppy and a little funky. Boozy as it gets warmer. Nice mouthfeeling. Sweetish-fruity, hoppy flavors, little boozy. More hoppy than bitter finish.

Can picked up at Væskebalancen - Valby and drunk at home (27/02/2022) - hazed up golden orange with a white head. HBC 586 yet again, with Bru-1 and mosaic giving off lots of exotic tropical and citrus fruit, touch of mosaic blueberry, sweet soft malts and a medium plus body, solid hoppy finish, yeah this works.

The look is not good, it’s more like orange juice. But the hop aroma is very good and the bitterness is mild and well balanced with the malt body. It’s good, but a bit muddled. Hopcult dresden

I picked this up from Beyond Beer Webshop Hamburg and consumed at home Friday 5th March 2021 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music, cooking Prawn Masala curry, potato something, etc. Pours murky dirty gold/brown with a white head. Tastes a little thinner than an 8% beer. Nice sweetness a little harsh hoppiness, good, but it's a case of after the lord mayor's party following the Freddie Murkury beer.

440ml can, 8 % abv, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A loose, low, white head over a cloudy golden body, fair lacing. Restrained floral nose, hints of ripe citrus. Fresh peachy flavours supported by orange and grainy malts. Mid-dry ending, more sweet than bitter. Fine depth. Satisfying. (Horizontal tasting of four Hazy IPAs from Sudden Death; The Creepiest Creep, The Devil Made Me Brew It, Once upon a Time in Eternia and Doom Boy, Tromsø 09.01.2021).
