Bottle. Welbeck Farm Shop. Clear, mahogany brown. Slim, tan froth. Nose has powdered coffee. Savoury roast malt. Hint of vanilla. Taste is dry and light, vine fruit bitter. Light to medium body. Foamy carbonation. Light bitterness to finish.

500ml bottle: BBE Nov 18. Drank at home on 19th Aug 18. Looked good in the glass, black with a beige topping. Malty and smooth, light vanilla and chocolate notes in both the nose and taste, roasted and toasted maltiness throughout. Nothing strong or provocative, just a decent dark brew without any fuss.
