Solsletta 240224. Red amber-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is funk, sourness, peaches. Flavor is funk, sourness, peaches, lemon, barnyard, oranges. Nice beer.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear orangey beer with a small off-white head. Fruity, lightly peachy aroma with a touch of funk. Lemon and barnyard notes. It's medium bodied, semi-tart and softly carbonated, with mostly fruity flavors. Peach, lemon, funk and a touch of orange and some pale malts. Long finish. Not as complex as the best lambics, but quite nice. 240224

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear burgundy colour. Citric nose with some lingonberries. Sweetish with light body and clean mouthfeel. Cherries and rotting butter, some citric acid. Nowhere near a lambic in flavour. Some off flavours, lacks complexity.

Flavor is moderate sweet with a long to average duration, berries, berries - haskap berries, funky, leather, light tart, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
