Bottle @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. 6.2%. Clear amber, white head. Funky aroma, a little solvent, no fruit or berries, really. Fluffy mouthfeel. Sour flavour, solvent, light funk. No berries or fruit, still nice.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. 6.2 % ABV. Clear light red red with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, blueberries, wood and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 050621

Red purple with no head. Aroma of funk, red fruits and berries. Flavour is moderate sour, medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to kermis. Hazy dark ruby red with small pink head. Sweet and sour berries, dank cellar funk, wheat, dry green leaves, soft mineral, doughy. Under medium sweet and sour and also over light bitter. Medium bodied. Decent stuff, quite pleasant and no rough edges. Very drinkeable.
