Can from Honest Brew. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Fine carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of crystallised grapefruit and underripe pear. Flavour of underripe melon and musty lemon with a dry, papering finish. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Nice but a touch too dry. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sundance on 24 Aug 2025 at 21:53 - Score: Appearance - 9 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 9 | Overall - 8. Can. Mosaic,, Citra, Olicana and Local hops. Light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth and mildly dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malt base provides a reasonable amount of sweetness. Light smooth hops, light cooling pine. Smooth rounded tangerine and mandarin. Trace of peel bitterness. Smooth finish. Reasonably bright and drinkable. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sundance on 26 May 2025 at 19:00 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7. Can. A mild haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, fairly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, a slight grain, but fine, decent sweetness. Crisp cooling pine. Slightly ripe orange, a little orange peel. Light crisp finish. Tidy and quite drinkable given that I am never going to be a fan of this style.
