Belgian Stout
A 2012-es miskolci sörversenyre készítettük, megcélozva vele egy a Tuck Baráthoz méltó fekete ALE változatot. A sörverseny egyik gyémántdiplomás söre lett a barnasör kategóriában. Nyolc fajta maláta keverékével van cefrézve. Különleges ízvilágát a speciális komlózásnak köszönheti. A színe mély fekete, EBC 52-es. Semmilyen tartósító eljáráson nem esik át, ezért kipalackozás után az üvegben tovább érik. 14C°-on fogyasztandó

At a tasting, many thanks cuso, creamy deep ceige head, quite deep brown colour, aroma of milk chocolate, hay, sour cherries and dark bread, flavour of charred wood, dark fruit and dark bread, dry and quite sour but not to much, noticable lactic presence. Not easy to sip but still quite pleasant and interesting.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks tomer. Black with a tan head. Aroma of lots of milk chocolate, some roastiness, sourish cherries and berries and a bit of yeast. Dry-ish flavor, slightly sourish, with light sweetness, roastiness, chocolate, some dark fruits and a drier, bitter, slightly ashy finish. Medium-bodied.

Bottled@PBF VIII. Black colour, not too much head. Aroma is mild wood, leather and some earthy notes. Flavour is quite earthy,, mild yeasty and some leathery and mmild toasted notes. Good balance, but umm.... some things are just not well enough for a 6.5 % beer.

33 cl bottle @ PBF VIII
Aroma is sweet with buttery notes and honey – feels like those east European beers. Flavour has butter, honey notes and hints of hay. Floury feeling here.

330 ml bottle @ PBF 2013

Pours dark brown, almost black with a small head. Aroma of grainy malts, some roastiness, hints of cocoa. Taste is grainy, malty and musty with notes of yeast and ash. Finish is dry, grainy and musty with some ashy notes. Unbalanced, a bit stuffy.

Bottled at PBF. Cloudy near black, small head. Interesing nose of wood, bitterbs and fudge. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Fudge and bitterherbs dominates. Dusty caramelly finish. Unusual and worthwil.
